We will work together to create a home yoga practice which will improve your life in a holistic, all-encompassing way, on and off the mat. I will guide you, teach you and support you in creating lasting change and calm-sexy-soulful energy in your life. This program is available to YOU regardless of where you live! We will virtually create your home yoga practice using Skype, FaceTime, or simply over the regular ‘ol telephone!
